To make an order head over to the “Products” page and add your desired item(s) to your basket. From here you can go either visit the “checkout” page or select the cart icon in the header of your screen. Follow the on screen prompts to pay for your order and check your e-mail for order confirmation and personal invoice. Always use the order number as your reference which will be shown on screen at checkout and on your invoice to save delays.
Our convenient secure payment method is direct bank transfer also known as “wire”. We will be notified once the payment has been received in our account. Your order will then go from “On Hold” to “Processing”. If you don’t have an update from us regarding your order within 12 hours (weekdays) please contact us via the “contact us” page to stop the order being delayed. Once payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order the very same day before 2:00pm GMT (weekdays only).
